To complete our team we're looking for a Receptionist / Allrounder
Job description
- Reception, check-in/check-out, managing the till for bungee jumps and merchandise, managing GoPro cameras, downloading jump videos.
- Last-minute bookings (Filemaker system), responding to emails and phone calls, even during jumps.
Required personal skills
We are looking for a friendly, meticulous and reliable person who can remain calm and courteous towards customers even at the busiest times.
Occasionally, and following appropriate training, you will assist the Jump Master (equipment/jump training). You will also provide general assistance with the maintenance and upkeep of the workplace (tidiness, cleaning, etc.). The role requires reliability and versatility. It demands a high degree of diligence,
strength of character and loyalty, as well as the flexibility to occasionally help out during the week (Wednesday/Thursday afternoons), particularly during the summer months, when necessary.
If you are interested in a long-term commitment with us, you may undertake training as a Bungy Jump Specialist, though this is not an essential requirement.
Language skills :
• English and preferably also German, Level B1+ minimum
You must be resident in Ticino or have accommodation in the area, as well as your own means of transport to get to and from work (bus services to the Verzasca Valley are infrequent).
